12,5 decagram butter, 34 decagram flour, 1 egg, 18 decagram icing sugar, a pich of salt, a tablespoon vanilla flavor 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons milk

Mix the butter with the sugar until foamy, then add the salt, cinnamon, vanilla flavoring and egg and mix until smooth. Finally, add the flour and milk and form a soft dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap (to prevent it from drying out) and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out on a well-floured dough sheet to a thickness of 3-4 mm and then press the pattern onto the dough.
